AUSTIN, Texas (May 4, 2010) Fuddruckers®, home of the World's Greatest Hamburgers™ made with Fudds Prime™ opens elk season today at participating locations, according to VP of marketing, Dwayne Chambers. Fuddruckers® 1/2 lb. elk burgers are served with a wheat bun and are lean and savory, low in cholesterol, have 0 g. of artificial trans fats and taste great when grilled to medium with any of Fuddruckers® free market fresh produce for a Build Your Own® Burger experience that's limited only by your imagination.

Fuddruckers® elk burgers are one of four new Fudds Exotics℠ burgers -- Fuddruckers® new category of $7.99 - $9.99 all-natural, free-range, grass and grain-fed game burgers that are 100% antibiotic and hormone free. Fuddruckers® introduced Fudds Exotics℠ in May starting with buffalo burgers, which has become the restaurant's best selling new product roll out in recent years.

Several of Fudds Exotics℠ burgers are lean and all are served on a wheat bun which contains 3 grams of fiber. Fudds Exotics℠ are listed below with nutritional benefits, which refer to the burger with Fudds Spice and a large wheat bun. When guests ask for no bun and Fudds Spice, all of Fudds Exotics SM become low sodium.

• 1/2 lb. Elk Burger with wheat bun - Lean and savory, low in cholesterol and has 0 g. of artificial trans fats. Now available in participating Fuddruckers.
• 1/2 lb. Wild Boar Burger with wheat bun - Mild, sweet and smoky, low in saturated fat and cholesterol and has 0 g. of artificial trans fats. Coming this September to participating Fuddruckers.
• 7 oz. Ostrich Burger with wheat bun - Lean and mild red meat with a clean taste, low in saturated fat, has 0 g. of artificial trans fats and is a good source of iron. Available on a seasonal basis and will arrive in participating Fuddruckers restaurants this November.
• 1/2 lb. Buffalo Burger with wheat bun - Tender and flavorful with 0 g. of artificial trans fats. Now available in participating Fuddruckers.
